TERMS OF RENTAL AND RESERVATION
Terms of rental
Occupancy: The villa is intended for a maximum of 8 people.
An additional 4 persons may be accommodated with the owner's approval.
Accommodation for each additional person beyond the initial 8 will be charged at €55 per person per night.
No further additional accommodation is permitted.
Events: The organization of events, such as weddings or parties, must be discussed and approved in advance.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be observed from midnight to 7 a.m. to respect the neighbors.
Villa maintenance: Tenants are responsible for maintaining the villa in good condition and reporting any damages.
Liability: The owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property of the tenants.
Check-in and Check-out: Arrival and departure times must be adhered to unless arranged otherwise.
Check-in is at 3 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m.
Cleaning: A end-of-stay cleaning service is included. Tenants are required to maintain the cleanliness of the villa during their stay.
Children: Children are welcome. Parents must supervise their children at all times. The pool is unsupervised.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Terms of reservation
Reservation and payment: The booking of the villa will be confirmed upon receipt of a 40% deposit of the total cost. The balance is due 20 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 20 days before the arrival date, no amount will be refunded.
Security deposit: A security deposit check of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival, refundable at the time of check-out, subject to inspection of the villa's condition.
